Katie Davis, Chief Executive Officer
Katie began with the agency as a volunteer during the summer of 2006 and quickly discovered her passion for Big Brothers Big Sisters. Upon graduation from the University of Missouri with her Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management, Katie joined the BBBSO team full time as the Recruitment Coordinator and Special Events Assistant. Since she started in May of 2008 Katie has served as the agency’s Special Events Coordinator, Assistant Executive Director, and was recently promoted to Chief Executive Officer in November of 2010. Katie is excited to lead the agency into the future with her main focus on the quality of mentoring matches made by the organization.

Sophie Pierpoint, Chief Development Officer
Sophie began as the agency’s Chief Development Officer in February of 2011. She graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness Management. Sophie has volunteered as a Big Sister since 2005 and has a passion and great understanding of the agency’s mission, which she will be able to share with donors. Sophie is a great addition to the team due to her experience in individual donor cultivation paired with her past experience obtaining corporate sponsorships.

Erin Jaeger, Vice President of Programs
Erin Jaeger has been with the agency since 2006. She started her employment with BBBS as a Community Based Case Manager. In 2009 she was promoted to Vice President of Programs and has continued to focus on the quality of matches. The Community Based Department has been supporting between 100-150 matches for the past few years and with the recent addition of a new computer system called Agency Information Management System (AIM) the Case Managers will be able to improve performance as well as assure timeliness and quality of all their matches. Erin has said that it’s not about the quantity you serve but the impact you make in the lives of the children you touch every day. |
