Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks is pleased to announce the addition of three new board members and a newly created position of Community Relations Coordinator

SPRINGFIELD, Missouri – Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks is pleased to announce the addition of three new board members and a newly created position of Community Relations Coordinator. New board members include Courtney Brown, Sundy Muse Morton, and Stephanie Murphy. 

Courtney Brown is the Director of Accounting at O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting working in both public and private practice. She has been with O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC for six years and has built their accounting department and systems from the ground up as the company has experience rapid growth. She is native to Southwest Missouri and is involved with several local charitable organizations.

 

Sundy Muse Morton leads Steelman Transportation’s corporate Marketing. She has won numerous marketing awards and has been published a number of times in articles pertaining to the transportation industry. She is very active in the community, working with a number of charity groups. She has a passion for family relationships and the importance of those relationships in the development of a child to help them grow into well-developed, accepting, loving, and productive members of our society.

 

 

Stephanie Murphy is the Assistant Vice President and Small Business Banking Officer for Guaranty Bank. She has almost 8 years in commercial lending experience in the Springfield area. Stephanie has served on The Network’s Advisory Committee and the Small Business Council for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. She is excited to start serving on the Board of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks and can’t wait to do whatever it takes to help change children’s lives for the better.

 

 

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks also recently hired Rob Blevins for the revamped Community Relations Coordinator position. Rob will join the Development team and take the lead on recruitment and marketing for the agency. Rob has been a longtime supporter of the agency through fundraising and grant gifting with the Springfield Sertoma Club by serving on the Board of Directors; chairing the events and directing the marketing for Wingapalooza, Cashew Craze, and Springfield Prom; and coordinating the media for the Sertoma Chili Cook Off. Rob worked for Jack Henry & Associates before coming to BBBSO.
