Match Support Specialist
Seeking a dynamic Match Support Specialist to create positive relationships between volunteers (Bigs) and children (Littles) in our community. The Match Support Specialist will be responsible for providing match support to ensure child safety, positive youth development, and addressing potential problems or barriers that are affecting the overall match relationship.
The ideal candidate will be have experience working with children and families; the ability to multi-task, be understanding of child development; family dynamics; and have passion for the BBBS mission. This position includes a competitive benefits package of health, dental, and life insurance.

Each semester, we are in need of several interns to help in a variety of areas, including case management, marketing, event coordination, grant writing and more.
Special Events Internships
Intern(s) will assist in planning one of our three signature annual fundraising events: Taste of the Ozarks, Bowl For Kids’ Sake and Ozarks Beerfest. They will help secure silent auction items, donations and prizes, maintain the event database and website, write press releases and other messaging, recruit vendors and volunteers and more. Intern(s) will gain experience in sales and marketing, auction management, relationship building, database management and event logistics.
Intern(s) will assist professional case management staff with volunteer and child enrollment, program events, data entry and other special projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the nonprofit field working with children, families, and volunteers.
Intern(s) will assist in the continual development and implementation of our strategic communications and social media plan, as well as the development and implementation of a volunteer recruitment strategy. This position may also intersect with special events coordination and development. Intern(s) will gain experience in public relations, marketing, design, strategic messaging for differing demographics and platforms, and social advocacy, as well as event planning and grant writing.
